I was going through some of the many pictures of food that I have taken over the years and found that I had not posted this recipe for Baked Stuffing Rolled Chicken Breasts. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Follow directions to make Stove Top Stuffing and then set aside. For this recipe you will need thin chicken breast, or pound chicken till thin. Sprinkle each breast with a small amount of minced garlic, pepper and basil. Lay some stuffing in the center of each breast.
Roll each breast and lay into a baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Then lay the leftover stove top stuffing around the chicken.
Cover with foil and bake in 400 oven for 30 minutes. While chicken is cooking make a packaged chicken gravy. Keep warm on stove top. Remove chicken from oven and sprinkle with grated Swiss cheese.
Turn broiler on and return chicken to oven. Broil until cheese is melted and golden.
Pour gravy over chicken and stuffing.
Serve.
