Sausage and Cheese Biscuits

I made these Sausage and Cheese Biscuits the other day and everyone loved them so I thought I would share this recipe. They are super easy to make and very filling and tasty. First preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking oil. In a large bowl mix together 1/2 lb sausage and 1 cup cheddar cheese.

Remove biscuits from can and separate each biscuit in two layers. Place each biscuit into the muffin cup pressing down gently.

Now form the sausage and cheese into meatballs, making 12 equal amounts. Place the meatballs into the biscuits.

Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes Serve warm.
